[OpenSIPS-Devel] NEW CDR generation with ACC module

Hello all,

The ACC module has been improved and is now able to generate proper CDRs.
This has been achieved by linking it with the dialog module and making 
it session aware. The option to use this feature can be made per call - 
by setting a new added flag - 'cdr_flag'.  If dialog module is loaded 
and cdr_flag is set for the initial INVITE, the acc module will store 
the accounting information together with some extra CDR information 
(call duration, call start time and setup time) in an automated way at 
the end of the call. Otherwise, the old way of accounting will be used.
This improvement is important for two reasons: the possiblity to 
generate CDRs and more efficient storage since it is done only once at 
the end of the call.
The changes required additions in the back ends schemes - in the 
database tables and in the RADIUS dictionary. So if you want to use this 
feature, beware to update to the new schemes.
