[OpenSIPS-Devel] publish problem with trunk

Hi Juha,

I have tested exactly this - a refresh Publish with no body and 
everything worked all right. I have added in that error message to print 
the body that it attempts to parse - maybe this will give more info. 
Please update from svn.
