Hi!

What do you think about implementing dlg_direction() function within dialog module (based on tags), an analog to the is_direction() from rr module, but this one will be available from every route type and will be more reliable.

I added a new $DLG_dir variable in dialog module - this will return
"upstream" or "downstream". it works only for requests, so, if you want to
use this info in reply / failure route, you need to save the value into an
AVP.
