I think the issue mentioned there needs to be fixed in two places, one of which is done in rls/notify.c. The other place is in function timer_send_notify in rls/resource_notify.c.

I found this causing problem with Mercuro IMS client ( http://feedback.mercuro.net/feedbacks/328423-mercuro-crash-on-pidf-notification ).
