[OpenSIPS-Devel] Contact matching decisions if NAT fails

Hi All,

after a short IRC chat with Bogdan I decided to post the following to
SIP-Implementors:

I'd really like to hear your opinions - IMO it would be a useful
improvement for OpenSIPS, RFC-conform, not doing harm to existing
installations (beneath some users being online twice immediately
during upgrade I guess) - we could also add a config switch for
this behaviour, but I don't think that would be necessary.
