In fact, more checks should be done when acting as RLS server. Imagine
a list containing an entry pointing to itself (infinite loop). Or
imagine a list containing 30 entries like
"sip:blablabla at non-responding-domain.org;transport=tcp" which would
consume all the TCP workers...
