[OpenSIPS-Devel] Diameter module rework

Hello,

have a look at the openimscore cdp module [1].

DISC is really outdated by now; and i doubt opendiameter might be right 
(bloated).

SEMS also has a diameter implementation based on the old diameter module 
from ser, but parts are specific to SEMS, and it is not complete ([2],	 
[3]), but could still have some code to reuse; over time it also got tls 
etc.
