Summary: drouting tables

Initial Comment:
The tables associated with drouting aren't created during the initial database setup.

They can be manually created with a command similar to the following (for MySQL):

mysql -uopensips -popensips opensips < /usr/share/opensips/mysql/drouting-create.sql
