Summary: dispatcher core dumps if all weights eq 0

Initial Comment:
not that it is a really big problem but I tried adding dispatcher entries with weights set to zero and started getting core dumps :)

Attached is a patch to correct for this.

Message:
A fix is available on SVN trunk (rev 6322) - if you could check it and
confirm that everything is ok, it will be great and I will do the backport
to 1.6 also

Thanks and regards,
Bogdan
