Initial Comment:
With 4 configured Postgres servers, the last OpenSIPS thread fails to shut down until:

Aug  4 18:42:05 [3338] CRITICAL:core:sig_alarm_abort: BUG - shutdown timeout triggered, dying...Aborted (core dumped)

This behaviour is not observed when using just the db_postgres module pointed at a single db.
