- the statistic functions can take a parameter (context) -> allows functions for dynamic stat vars

- new statistic classes:
	NET - how many bytes are pending in the socket buffers (UDP/TCP/TLS)
    PKMEM - statistis (per process) about pkg_mem (same info as for shm)
