[OpenSIPS-Devel] ERROR: No PID file found (/var/run/openser.pid)! OpenSER probably not running

Hi Kader,

I say your openser fails to start (this is the reason for no pid file).
To see what was the cause of the failure, take a look on the syslog file 
(syslog or messages) for the openser output.
