Thank you! That's what I was missing. Quotes in my case resulted in some 
vague "Access denied" error from the DB driver ;-) Also I should note 
that if($avp(s:cnt) > 1) allows two parallel calls per user. 0 should be 
put there for 1 call at a time. Thanks again.
