Initial Comment:
There is a syntax error in the code that creates the dr_rules tables.

The column "timerec" is defined twice.  This causes a MySQL syntax error druing table creation.

drouting-create.sql is the file with the problem.

One of the duplicate "timerec" specifications should be changed to
"gwlist".  This column is missing from the dr_rules table definition.
