[OpenSIPS-Devel] New OpenSIPS design and load balancing

Hi Aron,

I find very interesting this idea and to be honest it is not the first 
time - I got the same idea from different sources (in different 
context), so, I would say it is not a singular case for such a system.

Could you please upload all these (you could simple copy and paste this 
text) on the design page ? - 
http://www.opensips.org/index.php?n=Development.NewDesign - make a new 
section for it.
