[OpenSIPS-Devel] adding Via header

Hi Yazid,

See in msg_translator.c , the build_req_buf_from_sip_req() function - 
the new via is pushed via the via_builder() function.

Adding the VIA is a change (lump) and it is applied along with the rest 
of the changes (from textops like), before sending the message out.
